Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) are performed in conformance with the ASTM E1527-13 standard and the ASTM E1903-19 standard, respectively. The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to identify known or potential environmental concerns associated with the Site and to a lesser extent, the adjoining properties. A Phase II ESA is recommended when the results of a Phase I ESA indicate a potential of contaminants in the soil or groundwater of the Site.

SSCI offers a quick turnaround time and low costs.

SSCI’s business approach to risk audits and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) assures sound, reliable findings and cost-effective solutions.
